When I arrived for my appointment scheduled 2 weeks prior- or more, the service technician was not there. Yet, I was directed to his space and allowed to sit. I was finally motioned by the service technician adjacent to this space. When I told him I was not happy, instead of exploring further, he immediately called the manager. There was a timely response from the manager and I was placed with another service technician. The new service technician was very pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. I received the services I needed for my Highlander and he went out of his way to do so. I appreciate that and will continue to return to your dealership for maintenance on my vehicle.
