In prior appointments I was greeted by an attendant and directed to my customer service rep. No attendant was present. Since I did not have a specific Rep for this appointment, I had to find someone to lookup who my car service had been assigned to. Initially my rep seemed a bit harried; however my service was performed in a timely manner and at checkout he explained what my 60k check would include.
