I had appointment at 1.00 pm and I got there by 1.08 pm. It was only oil change service. However It took 2 plus hours to get the vehicle back. I need to cancel the car wash as I was late by 1 hour for the next appointment at airport. When I expressed my concern for such long wait, The customer advisor said he will not argue with me over an oil change and barged out of office. I spoke to the service manager was CALM AND COMPOSED. He was apologetic for the delay and explained that cause of covid technician did not show up. He took care of me and was very professional in contrast to the customer advisor. Probably it was a tough day for the customer advisor but it was no way to handle a postal customer. I have bought two vehicles from ballet Toyota of Roswell and am pleased to recommend barring this incident.

The service here is the absolute best. Just purchased my very first car with the help of Christian and Danny, they go above and beyond for their customers, they try to help as much as possible to make it happen. I would highly recommend coming here for your next car purchase!
