David Ray was awesome in helping us with our van. He is very knowledgeable and patience in answering our questions. Highly recommended!!! I didn’t give 5 stars because I noticed a new long scratch on the left rear side of the vehicle. Im very upset about that.

Rasheeda and the entire crew of Nalley Toyota made my experience the best experience I've ever had at a dealership for maintenance. I didnt realize it, but I came in for my service on the wrong day. Rather than turning me away, Rasheeda kindly worked with me and made me feel so welcome. I cant say enough good things about the service I received.

The service technician was awesome!

Had to flatbed my brand new car to the dealership due to rodent damage on some wires. Was initially told this was covered by my purchasing a $2000 Total Care Auto service contract. Apparently that was a lie told by the finance guy (who is not longer at Nalley in Alpharetta). Did receive a loaner, which was nice. However, it was also due a routine service at 5000 miles -- rotation of tires and the top off on all fluids. Hopefully the tires were rotated, however the fluids were not topped off.
