I feel you all do good work but in recent months additional service items are tacked on as “needing immediate attention” when actually they are not - those items could be done early but are not at all critical at that time. I don’t like this.

Fabulous as always taking of the customer in a timely manner. Love the Toyota of Roswell service team!

Ease of scheduling, service manager, process of updates and communications were excellent. Suggest that if giving approval for repairs to be done via text there is some way of acknowledging that they were approved. Also, if giving a complimentary car wash would be nice to ensure tire rims are clean too.
