My recent service trip yesterday was a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being excellent. I took my 2015 RAV4 in for service, arrived at 7:40 AM and was out in about an hour, which I consider to be excellent service. Matt Thomesen is my favorite service coordinator. Matt is excellent. I have been a customer of yours since September, 2000.

Everything went great. I wish you wouldn’t turn off my automatic headlights though. I didn’t realize they were off until we’ll after dark. Please leave them on.
