Wonderful service advisor. Took extra time to help me with a weird substance I got on my car from plants. Everyone is nice these days for the “customer experience”. However, that doesn’t mean people take time to connect with customers. I can honestly say your service advisor took time to connect and to really help me. I’d highly recommend him to anyone hiring so, if it was my business, I’d make sure I kept him on board.

I purchased a used vehicle which had a good price and it was very clean. Nalley allowed me to take the car to my certified mechanic and he found a few minor issues. Nalley made, at no charge to me! Very pleasant experience.
