Initially, I was concerned that I had picked the wrong dealership to get my car serviced. I have recently purchased my 2015 Prius from a sell by owner. The car is in immaculate condition. After reading your reviews, the comments on Yelp spoke highly on regarding your customer service. However, for nearly a week I got no response. It was not until I spoke to an operator that I gain the assistance I needed. Mr. Ramos offered excellent customer service and I was pleased with his upbeat attitude. Also, repairs were completed and he said he would get back with me when it was time for upcoming maintenance. As it stands presently, I will use your Service Department when the need arises. Actually due to Mr. Ramos and his team attention to detail on my vehicle Thanks for giving me the opportunity to submit feedback.

Service was great!

Have had stalling problems with my 1994 Toyota Pick Ip ever since you installed a new fuel pump. This was third visit and they could not find the problem. However since last visit it seems to be idling better and no stalls since that last visit.

Excellent service

The Customer Service at this location is always a cut above the rest! David Ramos was my sales consultant and he was very understanding and pleasant. Although I have to drive almost an hour to this location, it is definitely worth it.

As always, our experience was excellent. From beginning end, everyone was helpful and courteous. I were up and running in no time.
