Everybody from the porters to the advisors, even technicians that I encountered were friendly and had a smile on there face! We bought our car here and will continue to come here for parts and service! I road tested with Brett for my alignment concern, and I have to say, this guy has upper management written all over him! He was as polite and as courteous as they come! My advisor was Taylor and he was an absolute joy to work with and made the whole process as easy as automatic pilot I tell you what!

i arrived without an appointment two days in a row in a prius. day one with a dead battery. day two with a flat tire (no spare). both days i received excellent service with recommendations of other work the car needed. i okayed some of their recommendations. although i waited a while, i was grateful that they did the work without an appointment.
