We previously bought a Toyota at another local dealership and the buying experience was awful and the service was an ordeal. That has NEVER happened at Nalley. We've always been satisfied with the work at the service center. Matt, our service guy, is personable, knowledgeable, and professional, we feel fortunate to have him.

Janet provided excellent customer service, which is definitely a challenge with shortages in the workforce and supplies. She did it all without letting me know the impact it may be having anywhere else along the way. That’s a tough job! Especially on a Saturday. I have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years now, and I find that they run very smoothly, I never feel taken, and I always get great customer service. That’s why I continue to get my car serviced here.

I had a good experience with Chris. He got me right in and I didn’t feel pressured with a lot of up selling.

Jimmy Snyder was great. I did feel that waiting 2 hrs + was a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, odometer reading was off by about 800 miles.
