Diagnostic took a long time even with appointment and description of work I provided on appointment request. It was a Saturday so it was understandable. Very courteous service person and mechanic. Thorough diagnostic with photos were very helpful too. Could use more high top chairs, with cushions, at the high counter and USB ports for those of us who want to get some computer work done.
