Quick and courteous service

Always a pleasant experience no matter how busy they may be that day. My Service Advisor, Matt Thomsen, was great. Communicated what would be done this time and prepared me for what would need to be done next time (which I appreciated).

Pleased with the overall experience, however, it would be great to have some sort of committed customer discount. I bought my vehicle through you guys and have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. The latest service report listed a $45+ cargo light bulb change out..I realize there is a standard rate for labor, but taking into consideration the other $700 worth of work I agreed to, that is excessive. The other work costs are excessive as well, but I believe your rates should be reduced for each item as the agreed to repairs costs reach a certain tier ($ wise.) if you are going to keep my vehicle all day for $1000 worth of repairs, don’t charge me $45 - 50 to replace a light bulb…I can do it myself for under $5 in less than 10 minutes.

Everyone was very professional and the service was finished when promised.

No matter if it is for a routine oil change or a major problem I always get excellent service when I make an appointment with Jimmy Snyder. He keeps me posted on how long it is taking, if anything extra has come up and always reassures me about me concerns. I am sure the other customer service reps Are great just haven’t had the Opportunity do use them

My last experience at Nalley was awesome! My service was completed within the time promised, and David Ramos was so nice to give me a coupon better than the one I walked in with!
