I would give a 3.5 star because the service people didn’t check the tire pressure of the remaining 3 tires and since it’s a tire change I expected the wheel alignment would be done naturally free of cost. Ok leave aside the wheel alignment part, but atleast checking the pressure in the remaining 3 tires should have been done at the minimum. It literally takes less than a minute for each tire if at all. 2 days into new tire change my left side tires started to WARN for LOW TIRE PRESSURE (28 on each). I expect this least bit of service when someone is replacing me a new tire. Apart from that I’m pretty much happy with the work. Also i need to give a feedback to Toyota stating the quality of tires because it was certainly not expected out of a new car which has run 10K miles. I read reviews on Toyota website when I was looking for availability of tires and there’s a customer who has reviewed about the quality of this particular model/ brand of tires with 1 star I believe. I really feel this should be reconsidered and increasing the warranty as well.
