Great service all around!

My car almost stopped on the road so I had it towed to Nalley on Friday night. I wasn't sure when they would start working on my car since it's a 2008 Prius. They started diagnostics on my car the next morning which shocked me. My service advisor, David Ramos, was awesome! He provided me with the work needed & a completion time plus delivered it at the promised time which was amazing. This was my 1st visit to Nalley and I am impressed. I'll return when my car needs service in the future.

David provided a great customer service experience. Typically, my spouse and I work with Janet, but she was out of the office. I remembered David from previous appointments with Janet because he would always speak to us in passing in the lobby. So glad that I had the opportunity to work with him for the first time. He had a great spirit and very thorough about my service. I would highly recommend David!
