Sales experience and car prep was stellar. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our interaction with the finance department was unsettling. The financing rep got huffy when we didn't buy the warranty right away and when we turned down Toyota financing. It makes me think twice about returning to Nalley for another purchase.

Francine Potts took care of me quickly as a walk in. I was able to get back to work earlier than planned on Friday and finished early to start my weekend!

Great customer service

I’m usually very pleased with the service there. This time it was mostly great but when I got home there was a big puddle of coolant under my car and I discovered that the coolant reservoir had been overfilled. I had to siphon out about 3 cups of coolant to get it to the right level.

David Ramos has always been a very professional service tech and has always explained everything to us in layman terms so we can understand what our car needs. Since we are on a tight budget he has always explained us the priorities that needed to be done now and what we could put off and get done later. We've always been treated very nicely and our car has always been completed in a timely manner.
