Thanks to a guy named Taylor whom I got on the phone--he understood the odd message I got in my car. After I got scheduled to fix that, I realized we were nearing 65,000 miles. It was harder than it should have been to just ask if that could be done at the same time. But well treated by J. Snyder and others who welcomed me when I got there. He kept me informed.
