I decided I needed running boards put on my car. My Service Manager, Jimmy Snyder, had them installed in record time and they look great!! Nalley is a very pleasant place to have work done. Thank you.

The Service Advisor was great and the appointment set up went smooth.

I brought my Camry in for a minor service. Janet was great, informing me the there was a recall on the Camry fuel pump. Apparently everything went fine except that when I got the car back, it had a strong gasoline smell! Not good! I explained the problem to Janet and we made arrangements to bring it in and do a special cleaning. Problem was taken care of! Thanks Nally!

My service advisor, David R., was extremely efficient in the intake of my service. He also explained in detail everything including recommendations on additional service I will need soon. He kept me updated regularly during my stay.

The scheduled service went as well as can be expected. During the inspection, the technician found a couple of other areas of concern and provided photos for reference. That was most helpful in making the decision on whether to handle it now or wait.

Work completed on time!
