Scheduled an appointment as I have always in the past for routine maintenance. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner even though they were a little busier than usual. Customer service was good. I would have given them 5 stars, however, this time they left their trash (paper floor mat and seat cover and one of their tools) in my car when they got finished and I had to remove it. But no major issues. I prefer coming to this location rather than the one closer to where I live and will continue to visit this location for future visits.

The overall service was excellent. I was a few minutes early and Reid helped me right away and got me checked in in just a few minutes. Receiving updates by text as well as being able to approve the recommended services with a couple of clicks is a nice touch and a very customer friendly experience. Good job.
