Great customer service, but the wait time was terrible.

All was great until I was 15 miles away in the wrong direction when I realized they had not reset my service needed light. I had to go all the way back but they were super nice about it and a manager gave me 2 bottles of something for my gas.

I always have an excellent experience with Nalley Toyota of Roswell even if I have to wait for a good while. A busy dealership means they are doing something right-they are able to bring the customer back for service which is vital to the “health” of the vehicle. Dave Ramos goes above and beyond with his customers. Never disappointed!
