After several visits coming in with my 4runner for the same unresolved issue, this time around my service consultant miss Ranscine Potts was unbelievably exceptional. She actually took the time to assess the vehicle, sat in it and checked out the issue herself and promised me that it will be taken care. I had never encountered such great customer service and centricity. She is an exemplary of what customer service and philosophy represents. She was very welcoming and just the mere fact that she took time to listen and assured that the issue will be addressed was very gratifying and worthy. My experience with her exceeded my expectations and will recommend her exceptional service. She ultimately had my problem resolved after coming there on multiple occasions and dealing with other consultants. She is a great asset to this organization.
