Dave/service manager at Nalley is such a great example of what excellent customer service should be!! Not only did he greet me with a broad smile but fulfilled his promise to take ex cellent care of the car issues that I brought to his attention. He frequently gave me feedback on their progress and then finally discussed in detail each charge. My car is now performing well and, thanks to Dave, I feel so good about driving my smooth running Avalon.
