Fixed battery issue fast. That was good. Unfortunately I was stranded by this and even though auto has been in your shop last 30 days they didn’t catch this need to replace an old battery. Then recommend $800 in control arm bushings repairs. Quickly said I could wait on them when challenged.

My car was worked in for an appointment quickly and service done. I appreciated Jimmy’s assistance and patience with explanations.

It was great . Phillip Roth was very efficient and had me in and out. He was very nice and thorough so I had a clear understanding on what was going on with my vehicle. While I was waiting, David Ramos also helped in providing paperwork and keeping me updated so it made my wait very smooth. You guys by far are my FAVORITE dealership!

David Ramos is a very good Service Manager. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it took double the original time estimate to complete the work. I was there over 2 1/2 hours.
