I called Dennis Suber after speaking w/ 3 other dealerships that gave me the run around about getting the car we desired. He told me that he could get my car that week and acted as if he sincerely wanted me as a customer. Dennis was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He worked with his GM Arnold to find the white TRD we desired. Arnold told us that he would get us the car we wanted and would call back. We had heard this before so did expect a call back. Arnold called us back as he promised and my son now have his first car that he would pay for. Dennis and Arnold provided an excellent car buying experience. Denis took the time to walk us through all of the features and functionality of the car, and he added a special touch by having a HUGE red bow on car as a final excellent customer experience. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. We bypassed several Nalley dealerships to go to the Roswell dealerships simply because they said what they were going to do and did it!
