I’m so glad to be able to drive my Scion again! I had not been driving it since it needed a new water pump. I made an appointment and had it towed to Nalley. Thank you, David, for getting it installed!

Even with an appointment to a bit to change my I’ll and tires. The gentleman in the service department was very kind and super helpful. Keep me updated on my cars progress. When I got the text off the suggestions on what else is needed on my car the prices were high and when I looked at how often the items should be done the suggestions were given too early. I felt that Toyota was just trying to get extra money and do things to my car that are not necessary at this time. Very frustrating. Makes me not Want to come back anymore for services now that I am done with my free oil changes.

Francine from Customer service was knowledgeable and guided accordingly on what maintenance was needed for the vehicle. Took care of billing as requested. Happy with the overall service.

My experience was that is was a quick service, they don’t do much your first service, they top off all fluids and rotate the tires. I am still learning my new car and they were helpful in answering some of my questions and everyone was super nice…..

Everyone in the office was very accommodating every time I came in. The process was fairly easy and smooth. My family and I are enjoying the vehicle. We are pleased with our purchase!

My van needed a tire rotation. I travel a good deal so I don't always know ahead if time where I will be when service is needed in my car. But Nalley fit me in!
