I took my 2016 Toyota for routing servicing at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. I have been going to this facility for many years and actually bought this preowned car there 8 years ago.I was there for 5 hours. The service agent could have been better at communicating : at the end of 5 hours, he told me 'it would be just 20 more minutes' for my car to be ready. Half an hour passed. Still no car ready. I had to go up to his desk to ask what was going on, at which point he told me the mechanic 'had made a mistake' dealing with the brake pads, etc. He told me he would have to lend me a car overnight; and that the car would be ready the following morning, as the part for the brake system had to be flown in overnight from Florida.I WAS able to pickup my car the following day.My main point is that the service agent could have communicated more frequently with me; and could have been more respectful.
