My Service Advisor David Roth was outstanding!

I love the communication, txt, voice, super helpful and efficient

Excellent service from the moment I arrived to the time I left.

Only problem was I had to find the person who was assigned to me. No one was there to assist me. And the person assigned to me was not at his desk. I waited at least 10 minutes after my appointment time. After that everything went perfectly though. Next time I will know better how things are done there.

Amazing staff and timing was on point! Very happy! It was my first time and will be taking my car back 🙏

Excellent service! Very professional front end, explained what would be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. My vehicle was ready when they told me it would be and it actually came in a little lower than what I expected. No pressure just great service. I’ve been very happy with Nalley’s service and would certainly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota.
