Friendly and efficiency, but labor is expensive. You were charging over $250 just to remove and replace spark plugs.

This was the longest I ever had to wait for an oil change. And the app that shows the progress of the service on your car was never update. My service was completed but the app showed my car was still being inspected when in fact the service I came in for was long completed.

Jimmy Schneider and Edgar the mechanic did a fantastic job correcting some mistakes made by the body shop and getting my 4Runner back in tiptop shape. Jimmy’s persistence dealing with the body shop and Edgar’s attention to detail in identifying the problems gave me confidence the job would be done on time and correctly. Thanks a lot guys!
