I had a new Service Rep (David R.) who had my vehicle checked out for an upcoming trip. Even though I will need brake work in the future, he did not insist that the work needed to be done today (which was nice). David also found a coupon so my bill was quite reasonable. Nalley Toyota has pleasant waiting areas with ample seating, so I'm always comfortable while my car is being serviced.

Our go-to guy for years at Nally left the dealership. We had Matt this time, and liked him a lot. He's very straightforward; no up-selling; efficient. He's now my new go-to guy.
