I love having a Toyota for the affordability of service. The waiting area was spacious (more than enough room to socially distance myself from others while I waited) and I could see my car as it was serviced. It was a particularly busy day and I waited 2 hours for service even with an appointment. They always quote me their best price and take good care of my car. Will definitely be back.

Overall experience was good. A few things were challenging, like getting the extended warranty removed from the contract.

Customer service was great. I can always complain about the cost to repair especially considering the parts actual cost but luckily it was less than what I was going in expecting to pay and I didn’t want to wait. So aside from the cost, I plan to be back specifically for the customer service.

Do not understand your criteria for recommending 4 new tires. I trust you on things I can not see, but the tires I can see and the tread on the two rear tires looks very good. I will replace the two front for safety, but it concerns me why you would recommend 4 new ones.
