Service rep was very good and kept me posted along with the tool you have to monitor the different stages of service. My only complaint is that it took 1.5 hours for an oil change and quick look over of some fluids. The service dept was slammed that day so understandable.

It went well, though did not know who my service rep was until I got there. Judy did a great job informing me about my status. Johnnie Anderson who sold me the van also helped in getting my tires. Very pleased with the customer service.
