I was greeted promptly. Car was taken and I was kept informed through out my time waiting.

I brought my car in for service as a walk in. The service provider was excellent with communication and telling me my car‘s needs. The one area where I see room for improvement within the service shop has to do with making customers a little more comfortable. I was there for a period of four hours having my car worked on. This time stretched over the lunch period, And I was starving. I know you used to have a snack bar and I assume it is now closed due to Covid. However, access to a vending machine would have been wonderful. Also, even having baskets of individually wrapped snacks laid out for people to grab would have been a great idea just to keep your customers happy and not uncomfortable while waiting long periods of time.

My experience was great. I had a nail puncture my tire. I called Toyota asking for advice and they told me to just bring my car straight in. I didn’t even need to make an appointment. I brought my car in the same day and it was completed within 45 minutes. The tire was replaced at no cost. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The service team performed all the needed service items in the time they projected. Also, took care of some extra things that needed attention. Very pleased with the service and will continue to come back!

Experience was good. The wait was entirely too long for an oil change and tire rotation. Janet is very professional and keeps me updated with real time info. She explained everyone detail regarding services needed and I never felt pressured. She’s awesome!
