I came in as a new client from NY with My cr-h. The waiting area was incredible and it had an awesome coffee machine !! When I got my car back omg it was vacuumed and my windshield was cleaned.

I would prefer if I received my car back without the seats significantly changed, and with my headlights off. I leave my headlights on auto, and rely on that feature, so if you turn the headlights all the way off I might end up driving in the dark without headlights before realizing they’re not on.

Dennis is absolutely the BEST! I just don’t trust anyone else. Dennis introduced me to the Arnold when i got my car last year. When my car accident happened Dennis was the first person and ONLY person I called. When i found out the family was still working together worry went right out the window. I knew my experience would be seamless and I won’t be disappointed just because it was Dennis and Arnold! Customer Service absolutely loved. It’s the customer experience from a year ago and a half ago at a completely different dealership that did it for me. I truly do appreciate everything!
