I would highly recommend to any of my friends to buy a car from this dealership. Richard was so patient and funny and kind to work with. Never made me feel stupid about any questions I asked. Brandyn was so fun and personable. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience and service advisor

Our salesperson, Mr. Wallace, was very polite and helpful. The finance guy who took our money was knowledgeable. I was very happy with the fact that Nalley was able to find the car I wanted out of state. However, the manager tried to push 2 Premium cars that didn’t interest me. On top of this maneuvering, I rejected the initial “Costco” offer that was miraculously lowered after I was ready to walk. Costco buying is supposed to be no-haggle. There was an almost $5 K difference between the first and second prices. . NOT cool. Lastly, Mark had given a pick-up time for closing the deal on the vehicle, 12:30 pm. on that Thursday. We waited almost 3 hours for the deal to finish. This, was annoying, but I love our new RAV 4, so, that I’ll call a blip on the radar screen.
