My visit was OK it was very quick but the technician not turn off the light for alerts and it’s not update my iPad and not put the new sticker for mileage and now I need to spend my time again to come to the dealerships

Generally my service there is easy and no issues. I was a little put out by how long it took to get a tire rotation, alignment, and an oil change. Generally I am in and out in an hour and a half. For some reason it took 2 1/2 hours. However my service manager found a coupon and I was really happy about that because it saves me almost $40 which is nice.
