I was a little disappointed that I had to call back late on Saturday to check on the status of the repair. I was made aware that parts were ordered on Friday for delivery next day... but then had heard nothing by 3:30. I understand delivery was late but when you are expecting parts and they don't come on time, you should inform customers of the delay not wait for them to call.

David R. Is the absolute best!. I've been bringing my car here to get serviced for a while now but always was assigned to someone different until David. He does an amazing job explaining what I need and what's going on with my car without me feeling overwhelmed! I definitely would recommend him to anyone, in fact I already have! Thanks David!
