Very professional and friendly service. Not trying to get you to repair on things that is not really necessary at the time you are getting services. Just made you feel like they appreciated your business with them.

Reed did a great job with my service coordination.

I had recently purchased a used Tacoma from Carvana. I had a minor cosmetic issue and Carvana sent me to Nalley Toyota to get it fixed under their warranty service. I was initially assigned to and spoke to Matt on the phone, he explained that he was off the following day and he passed me along to Taylor for assistance. Taylor answered all my questions, and the warranty service was done in a very timely fashion. They performed a very thorough inspection of my truck and recommended some needed maintenance. I agreed to some, but not all and I liked that they weren’t pushy. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back again for future maintenance that I can’t perform myself.
