David took care of me. However, I really dislike how you allow us to make appointments but allow walk ins get in the same line. In my opinion, people with appointments should be serviced ahead of anyone who does not.

Jeffrey Cates was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about his product. I was not only impressed by the comfort the Toyota RAV4 Prime afforded by by how Mr Cates listened to my likes and dislikes concerning all the dealer “add ons” which directly affected the price of the vehicle. He went to bat for me and made the deal I wanted with no back and forth

Just there to sign paperwork and pay for the truck. 1st disappointment: the tonneau cover I requested wasn't available yet -- waiting for it.Then, I was there for almost 90 minutes waiting for a finance manager so that I could sign the paperwork.
