Left our vehicle night drop for service the following day (no paperwork/envelopes in the night drop box) received the text next morning and again when it was inspected. Checked off the items for repair and waited all day; checked back for progress and at 5:30p I finally decided to call to see if it was ready?! Well, they closed at 6p and our advisor was gone for the day. Kind-of a conundrum if we couldn’t come back next morning to pick up bc then that leaves us with one vehicle/scramble for a Saturday. Thankfully, received another text in the morning that it was ready for pick up… all-in-all, everything was done perfectly and THANKFUL air was washed this time too!!! 4/5 because I wish I would’ve received human communication when they knew it wasn’t going to be ready until the next day.
