James was excellent and very professional. I scheduled an 8 am appointment and didn't leave until 10:30 am. The wait time for a simple service was absolutely to long.

I am new to the town of Roswell. I have a 2018 RAV-4. I had James for my customer representative today. He was kind, professional and was very observant of my time for another appointment. I was very pleased with his customer service. I rate him a Five Star!
