This was my first time using Nalley Toyota and I was very pleased! There was a mix-up about which services we wanted (which was 100% my fault) and Matt was very helpful and patient with us. He called with updates and explained everything to us. Price was reasonable for factory service.

I had a good experience bringing my car in for an oil change. The technicians found that my two front tires were very worn and needed replacing. I unfortunately had to wait at the dealership for several hours because they did not have the tires in stock. The tires did finally arrive and I was able to have everything done in one day.
