The visit was fine. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. The wait seemed excessive as I arrived before 1 PM and did not get my truck back until after 4 PM.

Easy arrival. I like the web interface to inform of the need for additional services, with the supporting information, and the ability to approve or deny. I prefer technology as opposed to feeling pressured by a service advisor as you do at some dealers.
