It was wonderful working with my Service Adviser Justin Croom. He is knowledgeable and helped me decide the most critical services I need to mandatorily get done with my limited budget this time.I am visiting the service center regularly every 5000 miles or 6 months, however I get surprised to know my front breaks lining was so less and failed the inspection. It should have been less even earlier when I visited service center 4-5 months before, when break oil was changed. However, it never came up pin inspection till last one few days back. Also other parts like PCV valve that needs to be changed every 30000 miles, however, it was never changed earlier and it was flagged after 65000 miles, even though I bought the certified pre-owned vehicle from Nalley Toyota of Roswell. It should have been checked when I bought vehicle which had 57350 miles on it when I purchased.

Bought new tires. David Ramos took care of me like he always does. Very satisfied.
