My experience was confusion of what was taking place. Brought my 2021 Highlander in for 6 month oil change as requested by Toyota and wind noise problem. Service tech said we do not do that anymore. Received my service ticket which showed oil change and no wind noise problem at speed limit. My input was noise occurred from 40 mph and above. Got in car and found my radio settings changed to music I do not appreciate. This made me wonder if person checking wind noise was more focused on listening to the radio. The end result is my wondering about the confusion on the oil change and why the person servicing my car feels it is okay to change my settings

David Ramos is the BEST. He is the main reason I come to Nalley for service and he has always been awesome to work with. This last visit was no exception.
