The dealership went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I needed. I came into the dealership with the intention of purchasing a used Toyota elsewhere and wanted service to inspect it, but I left and returned the other dealerships car and purchased with Nalley Toyota. The GSM Mr.Cruz (I believe) was nothing short of amazing. I will always be loyal to Toyota after the service I received. I’d recommend y’all to everyone I know.
