I came in to have my car serviced before a summer road trip. There were a couple of known issues needing attention, but the tech’s detailed inspection revealed a serious water pump issue. While not a cheap repair, the preventative maintenance on the water pump probably saved a much bigger expense. All repairs were completed in a half day.

David was great! He talked through each of the items I need to have done. He is always nice and patient taking the time to make sure I really understand what is happening with the car.

Reid was excellent getting me checked in. And vehicle was ready considerably sooner than expected. He even had a quick wash done on my car which was very nice. My only minor concern is the gas/oil smell in my car. It may be due to the recall repair of fuel injector and will go away in a day or so Otherwise I will have to call and bring it back in. It's a pretty sickening odor. But otherwise 11 out of 10..excellent.
