Francine Potts did an excellent job as my service advisor. Listened to my concerns about the vehicle and went above and beyond to help provide a fix for it. This included having the service tech Jacob explain possible causes and remedies to the problem I reported. Great customer service all around, kudos to both Francine and Jacob!
