David Ramos was excellent but the wait time to get tires rotated and fluids checked was a bit too long. I decided to add tire balancing but thought 2 hrs and 40 minutes was a bit too long for this job especially when your place didn’t seem that busy. David tried to make up for it by offering that he would not charge me anything today but I insisted that I wanted to pay. I didn’t feel right about that. I appreciated his kindness and will request for him next time.
