All good except as part of my 120,000 mile service the spark plugs were supposed to be replaced and they had none which was hard to imagine. They said none at nearby locations either. This happened before with windshield wipers when I needed those replaced. Thanks

I booked online without any issues. It was fast and convenient. It was very busy and service took longer than expected but I waited in the lobby, drank some of their free coffee, and walked around the dealership checking out the new vehicles. My service rep and technician were very friendly and gave me a rundown of the services performed.
