I like how quickly I am able to get in and out of the dealership when I come in for service.

The service department was clearly overbooked, which was disappointing to see, as I had called earlier in the morning and the call center allowed me to make an appointment. However, Justin was very helpful and got my simple oil change completed in less than an hour and was very professional.

Service advisor was friendly and efficient. I made a last minute appointment on a busy day. I was a little bummed I waited about 3 hours but understood my appt was last minute. Normally my car is washed at the end of the visit, it was not this time- I was disappointed but it was late on a Friday afternoon and I didn’t inquire further.

I will only bring my Highlander to Nalley Toyota of Roswell, because I have complete trust in you. About a year ago, my Highlander needed service when I was in Jacksonville, FL, and I took my carto as supposedly good dealership, and the service representative tried to charge me $3,000 for a repair that I didn't need then and still haven't needed. I am so grateful for my Nalley Toytal of Roswell Service Representative, David Ramos. Even if I move away, I'll always come back to see him. It is wonderful to work with someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy.
