Service was excellent. Could have been a bit quicker on the paperwork after service completion. But I understand it was a busy time.

I only checked four because of the four hour wait time. David, the Agent, was excellent.

Staff was very friendly. It took longer than usual (due to upcoming holiday and lots of walk in customers) and representative went above and beyond to make up for it.

Great friendly service. The service advisor kept me updated in my vehicle.

I can’t say enough about Nalley Toyota. The entire experience from start to finish impeccable. I haven’t bought a car in years and a lot of that has to do with negative experiences I have had at other dealerships in the past. I had the privilege of working with Mukhamed in sales and Josh in Financing. Both guys were great and you could tell they really valued my time. I drove in from 4 hours away and I told Mukhamed I wanted to be in and out. He definitely delivered! If you are looking for a new or used car look no further than Nalley Toyota.
